Lovely outdoor area.
The room was dark and cramped, with limited ventilation. The noise from other guests was frustrating and disrupted my peace. The cleanliness was also subpar. I noticed dust and an unpleasant smell when I first entered the room.

The hotel is wonderful and overall clean, the staff are very friendly, location is stunning to the Mayan temple. The room is air-conditioned and brand-new with a/c, everything is great. Overall good food, plus there is The Wine House close by. Thank you for a very nice stay...

My stay was really really nice with lovely service. The location was excellent and amazing, really close to the hill to the south as well as a hillside overlooking San Ignacio with a beautiful view of the downtown and the rolling hills to the north and close to a main street and a temple.

Spacious rooms with a solid mattress, great rooftop terrace
Dark room with limited windows, noisy ice machines outside

I was hoping for a touch of luxury, but instead recieved a spartan room with inadequate bathroom amenities, how quaint. Those two tiny windows were more like prison bars, but i'm sure they were trying for a 'cozy' effect.

Amazing stay with a fun cooking class!
This place was super chill! The staff were always friendly and ready to help. Our room was spacious and the AC worked like a dream. I really enjoyed the cooking class with William. He taught us some neat tips! One little thing? The stairs to our room were a workout.

The owner was helpful, arranged taxis and providing fantastic local recommendations. The relaxing sun terrace was a nice touch for downtime after our adventures, and having a clinic steps away was reassuring.
It would be great if the seating in the room was more comfortable for lounging after long days.

Highly recommend for families
Loved the spacious room with two queen beds, my son and I had plenty of space to spread out. The rooftop deck? Perfect, a few drinks with a view, it was just what we needed!
It wasn't the cheapest option, but for what you get, it's still reasonable.
